Matt & Jerry’s creation: African Spotted Leopard / Yellow Iris

When I saw the trailer for this episode I was pretty excited but I was disappointed with about half of the creations.  I think Jerry said he wanted to do “80% realistic, 20% theatrical” for this cat but I think it ended up flipped.  The design is nice, and there was some nice texture in the closeup but I think the poor point of this design was the lack of color variation.

If they would have thrown in a few more colors, or even borrowed some colors from a better choice of flower it would have looked better. But then again, everyone is a critic.
